Horses help us reflect on how we approach relationships, learning, and challenges. Their remarkable sensitivity to the environment allows them to respond to subtle shifts in body language, tone, and emotion. Because they are non-judgmental and authentic in their reactions, they provide immediate and honest feedback. This responsiveness offers powerful insight into a client’s emotional state during a session, creating opportunities for deeper self-awareness, growth, and connection.
